Job Summary:
Clinch Valley Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU and CCU teams.
This role requires planning, delegation, and coordination of nursing care through the nursing process for assigned patients.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, meeting established standards and practicing ethically and professionally.
Responsibilities include assessing and planning educational needs for patients and families, implementing and evaluating knowledge gained through educational efforts, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve patient goals.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current registration in the State of Virginia
- Prior experience in clinically related hospital nursing, preferably with a Baccalaureate Degree
- Ability to make decisions and intervene on complex problems while rendering patient care
- ACLS proficiency and CPR certification required; Medical-Surgical Certification desired
Salary : $93,072 - $117,744
