**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our ICU and CCU team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of nursing practice.
**Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans based on the nursing process.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other members of the healthcare team as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
