As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and coordinating patient care, supervising other members of the nursing team, and responding to emergency situations.
- Assesses patients' needs and develops individualized plans of care.
- Supervises and delegates tasks to other members of the nursing team.
- Administers medications and treatments, such as IV therapy and chemotherapy.
- Maintains a safe patient environment by adhering to infection control and safety policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current Virginia license and no previous clinically related nursing experience is required. You will complete a general orientation program and unit-specific orientation to prepare you for specific duties in the hospital.
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
