Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse - PRN at Clinch Valley Health, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a skilled healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Nursing Assessment: identify actual and potential needs/problems through comprehensive nursing assessment.
• Plan of Care: develop and implement an individualized plan of care for each patient, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Patient Education: provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy outcomes.
• Leadership Skills: supervise and make patient care assignments to other members of the nursing team, based on acuity and staff proficiency.
• Emergency Response: recognize and respond to emergency situations and life-threatening situations appropriately.
