- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping (FedEx/UPS/DHL)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or order management systems
- Support inventory and import logistics with internal and international teams
- Customer service and order fulfillment experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM or e-commerce systems (HubSpot, Shopify, or similar)
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes preferred
