Description
Top 3 Skills/Requirements:
Background in fragrances or laboratory procedure settings, not necessarily QC experience, someone motivated,
Routine sampling of fragrances into various product forms.
Product categories - Personal Care, Air care (Large candle segment) and household applications.
Initiation of stability testing and evaluations
Preparing samples for testing in various conditions and product forms.
Responsible to pull the samples at various checkpoints, initiate paperwork and set up meeting invites for Fragrance development team to evaluate olfactive.
Lab technician responsible to evaluate physical changes.
Conduct when needed weight loss testing for air care product forms such as reed diffuser and plug in air fresheners
When required test pH and viscosity on samples
Pull needed oils from Kardex filing system when necessary
Provide updates on stability testing to chemist and fragrance development team
Maintain a lab notebook and log of sampling daily
Attention to detail is required and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy is a must.
