Job Title: Admin Assistant/Office Manager
Location: Lancaster, PA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $50K base semi-annual discretionary bonuses
Summary:
An individual contributor with recognized skills in a specialized role in the field of
Administration/Support/Service.
Responsibilities:
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems. Tasks may include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses.
- Prepare routine letters, email, minutes of meetings, and reports for approval by more senior colleagues or a senior executive.
- Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans, following instructions to ensure more senior colleagues or a senior executive make the best use of their time.
- Create a local document management system for an office or department.
Skills:
- Plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives.
- Understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes.
- Acquire, organize, protect and process data in order to fulfill business objectives.
