Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate/Operator to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Logistics, Inventory, and Shipping teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, efficient material handling, and a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods and accurately log inventory into the system according to established procedures.
- Organize and store products in designated shelving units and temperature-controlled areas based on product requirements.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments with couriers, following detailed shipping instructions.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with warehouse and operations teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Monitor and record warehouse temperature and humidity daily; report any irregularities immediately.
- Oversee refrigeration unit performance, including daily temperature logging and routine calibration.
- Track and restock packaging supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements related to medical inventory storage.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse supervision or management.

- 1โ2 years of warehouse or inventory experience; healthcare or medical supply experience strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive medical products.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting boxes and working in refrigerated areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
- Familiarity with shipping logistics and courier coordination.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry).
