About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Chief Sales Executive (CSE) to become a vital part of our executive team and spearhead our sales function. The CSE will be a key architect of our sales performance, responsible for crafting and implementing a forward-thinking sales strategy. This role includes leading the sales department, overseeing sales team operations, setting ambitious sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. In addition, you will drive strategic sales initiatives, manage the sales department budget, and prepare insightful sales forecasts and reports.
The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's / Graduate degree being preferred, alongside a minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), pet products, or private label business account management. A robust background in B2B sales and relationship-building is essential. Strong leadership and management capabilities are necessary, as well as proficiency in problem-solving, with a proven ability to motivate and influence teams to deliver exceptional results. We seek a strategic thinker equipped with excellent organizational, analytical, and technical skills, including expertise in MS Office applications, SAP, and other ERP systems.
