Responsibilities

- Assist with catheter care and other personal hygiene needs for patients.
- Perform diagnostic tests, including mammography and spinal taps when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and post-treatment care.
Requirements
- Valid LPN nursing license in the state of practice.
- Experience in nursing home settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices, including medical records management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
