About the Role

We are on the lookout for a passionate Director of Community Engagement to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Business Development, Developer Relations, and Marketing teams to connect with and empower a community that shares our vision in the exciting realm of cryptocurrency. Your main objective will be to drive community expansion and cultivate a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere that resonates globally.

The Director of Community Engagement will spearhead initiatives designed to boost community growth, foster participation among community members, and play a critical role in shaping our brand voice as we prepare for our public launch. We seek a charismatic, data-driven leader with a solid understanding of the crypto landscape and proven experience in successfully scaling community initiatives within a major crypto project.

The ideal candidate should be deeply embedded in the crypto ecosystem, familiar with current trends, on-chain activities, and community dynamics. Experience in orchestrating ambassador programs, community engagement strategies, and managing lead generation efforts is a must. You will be expected to actively engage with our community across diverse platforms, ensuring the environment remains informative, enjoyable, and welcoming.
