Who Are We

We are on a mission to revolutionize ERP-native B2B payments. We’re a well-funded, early-stage startup operating in stealth mode, building cutting-edge solutions that will transform the way businesses move money. If you’re excited about tackling big problems from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

We’re a founder-led team building modern B2B payments infrastructure from the ground up. Our product helps businesses harness the information value of their ERP systems to pay suppliers and card issuers & reimburse employees globally, with speed, transparency, and control.

About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to work on the core payments engine powering embedded ERP flows. The role will be involved in the commercial strategy, design and E2E product development of domestic and cross-border money movement. This role focuses on translating the complexities of user preferences, bank products, payment rails, on-chain assets FX and liquidity constraints into reliable, scalable product experiences.

Core Domains You Will Work On

  • Payment rails: ACH, wire, RTP/instant payments, SEPA, SWIFT, local clearing, stablecoin custodians
  • Bank integrations: APIs, webhooks, SFTP/file-based (NACHA, ISO 20022 – mapping, status codes and acknowledgements)
  • FX execution: rate sourcing, spreads, markups, rate locks, settlement
  • Sample use cases: supplier invoice payments, bulk AP payouts, global T&E reimbursements

Your Technical Product Execution Responsibilities

Product definition

  • Write detailed PRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria for payments and FX flows, capturing E2E money movement flows: initiation, authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and exceptions
  • Translate bank specs, rail rules, and FX partner APIs into product logic
  • Support design and improvement of the full payment lifecycle
  • Help manage cut-offs, settlement windows, and reconciliation formats
  • Coordinate sandbox testing, UAT, and certification with banks and partners
  • Embed KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and approval controls into all payment flows
  • Maintain product documentation that explains payment capabilities / limits / SLAs, including payment flow diagrams, API behavior notes, and bank-specific limitations

Product scalability and iteration

  • Define KPIs to evaluate metrics such as success rates, settlement TAT, FX margin, return rates
  • Support root-cause analysis of payment failures and transform learnings in product reliability and scalability improvement

How We Build (Founder-Led Culture)

  • Product decisions are driven by customer problems, not heavy process
  • You’ll work directly with founders and engineers, not through layers
  • We ship, learn, and iterate quickly
  • Everyone owns outcomes — if something breaks, we fix it together
  • Clear thinking and good judgment matter more than perfect specs

What This Looks Like Day-to-Day

  • Talking to a customer who had a delayed international payment and helping to optimize their Speed vs. Cost vs. Reliability tradeoff
  • Working with an engineer to design, ship and then iterate a new supplier payout workflow feature based on customer feedback
  • Learning why a specific payment method fails and how to improve it, developing a strong intuition for global money movement along the way
  • Helping decide which countries, rails, or FX features to support next on our roadmap
  • Turning messy real-world payment behavior into simple user experiences and insights

This Role Is Great If You

  • Want to build real product early in your career, not just assist
  • Are curious about fintech, payments, and how money actually moves
  • Enjoy working in ambiguity and figuring things out as you go
  • Prefer small teams, high ownership, and fast feedback loops
  • Want exposure to founders, customers, and engineers from day one
  • Are excited to grow into a Payments or Fintech Product Manager

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in product, fintech, payments, banking or technical product roles
  • Comfortable reading and creating API documentation, sequence diagrams, and data schemas
  • High attention to detail and ability to think through edge cases
  • Exposure to B2B payment flows via stablecoin transfers, ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, RTP, or FX platforms
  • Experience with AP flows and ERP integrations.
  • Familiarity with reconciliation, ledgering and financial reporting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort moving fast and learning on the job
  • Good judgment, curiosity, and attention to detail

We're building transformative technology in payments and looking for curious, driven people to join us. Whether or not you meet every qualification, what matters most is your initiative, willingness to grow, and passion for building secure, performant, and user-friendly web applications.

We embrace AI as a powerful tool for innovation and welcome team members eager to leverage it in their work. As an equal opportunity employer, we’re committed to diversity, inclusion, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
