QHSE Representative - Offshore Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Representative to join our offshore team. As a key member of our QHSE department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies, procedures, and standards across our offshore assets. You will work closely with our operations team to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

You will work closely with our operations team to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
QHSE Representative - Offshore Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and standards across offshore assets
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to personnel, the environment, and operations
- Provide training and guidance to personnel on QHSE procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with operations team to develop and implement safety management systems
- Conduct offshore medical evaluations and provide support for offshore medical emergencies
- Maintain TWIC certification and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in HUET/BOSIET training and maintain certification
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices
- Develop and implement QHSE performance metrics and reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure QHSE objectives are met
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QHSE, with a focus on offshore or similar environments
- HUET/BOSIET certification
- Offshore Medical certification
- TWIC certification
- US citizenship is a must
