Title: Technical Project Manager – SaaS Implementation

Role Overview
This is not a traditional, checklist-driven PM role.
You’ll lead the implementation of cloud-native SaaS platforms across a range of customer environments, partnering closely with engineering teams, client IT leaders, and business stakeholders. You’ll own projects from discovery through go-live—balancing technical depth with polished client delivery.
You’ll act as both implementation strategist and execution lead, ensuring solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned to real operational needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading multiple concurrent SaaS implementations across varied industries and technical environments
- Driving technical discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Scoping and coordinating integrations across ERP systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Translating business requirements into executable technical workflows
- Serving as the primary client-facing technical lead throughout onboarding and rollout
- Managing risks, dependencies, and edge-case technical challenges with confidence
- Ensuring clean handoffs, documentation, and post-go-live readiness
What We’re Looking For
We’re targeting technically strong, client-facing Project Managers who are comfortable operating in fast-moving SaaS environments and who understand how modern systems actually connect.
You’re someone who:
- Has led real-world SaaS implementations—not just tracked timelines
- Can speak fluently with developers, finance teams, and executives alike
- Understands integrations, data flow, and system constraints
- Brings structure without slowing momentum
- Takes ownership when things get complex
Must-Have Capabilities
- 1 year of experience managing SaaS implementations (ERP, financial systems, or workflow automation strongly preferred)
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, or similar
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, or light scripting (REST, JSON, JavaScript exposure is a plus)
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact
- Strong documentation, process discipline, and stakeholder communication skills
- Comfort working with tools like Jira, Wrike, Salesforce, or comparable platforms
- Confident presenter—able to lead demos, solution walkthroughs, and implementation discussions
Nice-to-Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish or French)
- Experience supporting pre-sales technical discovery or solution scoping
