The Role: Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between engineering, finance, and client success. You’ll lead full-cycle SaaS implementations of cloud-native AP automation solutions across a variety of ERP ecosystems.

This is a hands-on role — part project manager, part solution architect — where your ability to coordinate, configure, and communicate is key to every successful go-live.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects across a diverse customer base
• Own configuration and deployment of AP automation software tailored to each ERP environment
• Define integration points, map workflows, and troubleshoot blockers alongside dev teams
• Guide client stakeholders through onboarding, testing, and transition to support
• Bring clarity and confidence to every phase of the implementation journey

What You Bring

We’re looking for driven, technically curious professionals who:

• Thrive in client-facing roles within SaaS or ERP-heavy environments
• Are confident scoping technical solutions and managing integrations (APIs, REST, scripts)
• Know how to communicate complex workflows in simple, actionable terms
• Have experience configuring systems and escalating edge-case issues efficiently
• Are disciplined in project documentation, post-go-live support, and process ownership

Qualifications

Required:

• 1 year of project management experience in SaaS or cloud software implementation
• Familiarity with ERP tools such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, etc.
• Exposure to API integrations, scripting, or custom system workflows (JavaScript/REST a plus)
• Strong command of tools like Jira, Wrike, Salesforce, or similar PM platforms
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for demos, walkthroughs, and training

Preferred:

• Experience with Accounts Payable automation solutions
• Background in solution architecture or technical consulting
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish or French
• Exposure to pre-sales scoping or customer success transitions
