What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Admissions, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based at one of our campuses in Dallas-Fort Worth, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco. We provide relocation assistance.
Many admissions professionals are brought in to maintain the status quo. You will be brought in to dismantle it and build something superior.
2 Hour Learning condenses a traditional full school day into two hours through AI-driven, mastery-based learning platforms. No instructors. No classroom lectures. No inefficiency. Our students achieve learning outcomes at 2.6 times the national average, validated by MAP assessment data. The remainder of each day is dedicated to life skills development, personal enrichment, and substantive projects. This represents more than an alternative approach to education. It is a more intelligent, accelerated, high-performance model that produces top 1% academic results in half the time.
Your role begins here. You will oversee the complete admissions cycle for one of our campus locations—Dallas, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco—with direct ownership of your enrollment pipeline. No bureaucratic layers. No process handoffs. No unnecessary complexity. You will convert prospective interest into confirmed enrollment through rapid follow-up, evidence-based results, compelling campus experiences, and selective evaluation. You will be the deciding factor when families commit to a school unlike any they have encountered before.
If you are driven by efficiency, substance, and the opportunity to represent a superior educational model rather than a well-packaged philosophy, this position is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
Take full ownership of the admissions process to convert qualified prospective families into enrolled students. Build and maintain a high-conversion, selective enrollment pipeline that mirrors the precision and effectiveness of the 2 Hour Learning educational model.
Basic Requirements
Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one-size-fits-all model and replacing it with AI-driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day.
With students consistently ranking in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, they’re proving that smarter learning is possible. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter.
They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
2 Hour Learning is reprogramming learning for the AI era.
Here’s How They’re Fixing It.
