What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment Specialist, Alpha - $75,000/year USD position at Crossover?
You will serve as the first point of contact for families considering where to begin their child's educational journey. The emails you craft, the events you manage, and the conversations you facilitate will play a direct role in whether a family selects Alpha. This position is designed for someone who values precision, genuine connection, and consistent execution—and who recognizes that well-handled details build trust.
Alpha is constructing the world's most ambitious school model. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-driven instruction, and elevated standards for students and staff alike. Admissions is the place where that vision takes tangible form. Families require more than just information; they seek clarity, assurance, and evidence that Alpha stands apart in meaningful ways.
In this position, you will manage the complete journey for prospective families from initial inquiry onward. You will deliver timely and thoughtful responses to questions, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, keep applicant data meticulously current, and help parents understand how Alpha operates and whether it matches their needs. You are not simply handling paperwork behind the scenes—you are actively influencing enrollment outcomes.
This is an on-campus, high-tempo role suited to someone who excels at balancing competing demands without losing focus. If you are committed to excellence in execution, clear communication, and empowering families to make well-informed choices, you will discover genuine ownership and meaningful influence in this work. If that resonates with you, we look forward to your application.
