You'll support gifted students in accelerating 5-10x through adaptive software and motivational techniques—no lesson planning or classroom behavior management required. What You Will Be Doing
- Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-based reading sessions for small groups of gifted K-2 students
- Leverage storytelling and interactive approaches to accelerate learning 5-10x beyond conventional standards
- Monitor student advancement and adjust sessions in real-time to address each cohort's unique requirements
- Provide individualized and small group coaching to produce measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing applications
Reading Coach key responsibilities
- Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
- Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years providing small-group reading interventions to K-2 students
- Background working with gifted or high-performing children in specialized programs
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning tools and analyzing student performance data
- Strong instructional presence with ability to captivate young learners through voice, storytelling, and enthusiasm
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
