- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Assist in tax preparation and planning for individuals and businesses
- Provide insights through financial analysis to support decision-making
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify and assess risks related to financial operations and provide solutions
- Offer business advisory services to improve financial performance and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Active CPA certification
- Proven experience in financial reporting, auditing, and tax preparation
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
