- Estimating, bidding, project cost analysis
- Coordinate costs of subcontractors and materials
- Assist with buy out process
- Meet deadlines
- Lead all bid efforts for various projects
- Mentor junior estimators
- Light industrial projects
- 5 years of estimating experience
- BS in Construction Management or related
- Commercial & light industrial projects
- Competitive base ($130,000-$150,000) Bonus
