Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on construction sites
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure project goals are met
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and architects
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control measures are in place
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in Commercial Construction, Public Works, Retail, K12, Higher Education, Government, Municipal plus others
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
- Experience with commercial and public works projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Certifications in construction safety and management are a plus
