The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations and ensure projects are running on schedule
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and resources to reduce costs and waste
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve issues
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards
- Experience in managing luxury and custom home projects
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
