The Superintendent will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate all phases of construction and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily construction operations on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and schedules
- Monitor project progress and report on status to project managers
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with General Contracting and Ground-Up projects
- Familiarity with Commercial, Multi Family, Hotel, K12, and Retail construction types is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
