Salary: $115k - $135k/year Base Salary Profit Sharing Performance Bonus Structure Strong Benefit Package

We have been a top electrical contractor for over 30 years providing successfully completed projects in commercial, industrial, large residential, healthcare, retail, and institutional sectors. We service any electrical needs covering all areas of commercial and industrial service work including installations, maintenance of lighting, fire alarm systems, switch gear, emergency power systems, and general electrical installations and repairs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Traveling Electrical Project Manager with that is experienced in large residential and solar electrical projects and electrical systems. This role is crucial for overseeing electrical projects across various locations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee electrical projects for large residential and solar projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project status to clients and team members.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and clients as necessary.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical project management, specifically in large residential and solar electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites as required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
