- Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science, PhD highly preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in product development in a medical device/pharma or oral care products environment
- Strong understanding of materials science including testing methods, properties, and manufacturing processes, knowledge of BioActive Materials a plus
- In Depth knowledge of the stage gate process and ISO 13485
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate technical findings to both non-technical and technical audiences
