The Host/Hostess is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests at Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill in Natick, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Manage waitlist and reservations efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
