We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Physician to join our growing clinical team in North Central Massachusetts. As a well-established, multi-site organization, we provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients of all ages
💵 Compensation & Incentives:
- Up to $5,000 in Relocation Assistance
- Up to $25,000/year in Loan Repayment
- *Opportunity to pick up Urgent Care shifts if desired
🩺 What You’ll Do:
- Deliver full-spectrum family medicine to a diverse patient panel
- Work collaboratively with NPs, psychologists, and other specialists
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and routine check-ups
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Make referrals as needed to in-house or external specialists
- Contribute to care coordination efforts with our robust support staff
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR
- Participate in on-call rotation (minimal and shared)
✅ What You’ll Need:
- MD or DO from an accredited program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Massachusetts Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA, DEA-X, and MA Controlled Substance Licenses
- Current ACLS or BLS certification
- Eligible for privileges at affiliated hospitals
