Behavioral Health Provider (Can be LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC)
- Location: 30 min South of Bloomington (Has 1 day per week of Remote work)
- Employment Type: Full Time
Job Description: We are working with a Behavioral Health program seeking to add multiple Providers - they can be any of: LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC. This is a growing program that will continue to grow over the next 3 years!
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday DAY SHIFT
- Will work 4 days in person and 1 day REMOTE!
Qualifications:
- Must be an LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC
- Can be a New Graduate or experienced applicant
