What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the OR, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality outcomes
- Manage, mentor, and develop nursing and surgical tech staff
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and other clinical leaders to optimize workflow
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and infection prevention standards
- Participate in budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
What We’re Looking For
- Current RN license (Oregon or eligible for reciprocity)
- 3 years of perioperative nursing experience; leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to foster a positive and productive team culture
