What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant/Toddler Teacher position at EOA Children's Services?
This position is responsible for providing responsive comprehensive care to infants and toddlers in a center-based setting. This person will be responsible for four children while working within a team providing care to eight children. This position will work with each family to monitor the child’s development and progress.
CDA and experience working with children ages 0-3 preferred. If the person hired does not have a CDA, the candidate must be willing to enroll and earn their CDA within one year. EOA offers tuition assistance for CDA enrollment. Pay is based on education- an Associates' degree in Early Childhood Education or related would pay is $15.58 per hour, a CDA credential $13.65 per hour, a high school diploma, or GED $12.30 per hour.
This position is full-time, part-year. Hours are 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
