We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic **Customer Support Assistant** to join our growing team in Washington, DC. This role involves assisting clients with inquiries, resolving product or service issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will serve as a key connection between our customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

**Responsibilities**

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken
  • Collaborate with the operations and IT departments to ensure seamless support
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggest improvements

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software or helpdesk tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
