Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted ER advisor to managers and employees across functions

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations matters

Maintain and manage confidential ER documentation (electronic and paper)

Lead and manage ER-related projects and process improvements

Provide ER-related training and support to business units

Resolve employee relations cases independently, escalating only complex cases

Partner cross-functionally to design practical solutions that meet legal, business, and employee needs

Participate in or lead change initiatives impacting HR and ER operations

Define project goals and manage ER programs using risk mitigation and contingency planning

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Employee Relations, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Relations or related HR function (preferably within Abbott or similar industry)

Strong understanding of HR regulations, policies, and compliance frameworks

Experience handling sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, complex environment
