Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

What's the Job?
- Responsible for assigned line output, safety, yield, and quality, including identification of product defects and operational actions to reduce them.
- Work with the line support team to evaluate issues, determine non-conformance, and generate corrective and preventative actions as needed.
- Provide engineering fixes and support for equipment availability issues, ensuring smooth operations on the manufacturing line.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and evaluate ideas for enhancements to processes and operations.
- Support training and certification programs, contributing insights to improve training effectiveness.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
