Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Site Contracts Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Site Contracts Manager, you will be part of the production management team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Site Contracts Manager 5

Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)

Pay Range: $72.30-$79.52 on Experis W2

Contract - 18 months

What's the Job?

• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 10 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within production.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
• Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
