JOB TITLE: Documentation Specialist

POSITION PURPOSE:
Our client is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Document Specialist to join us as a key member of the Demand Generation marketing team.
This position will manage and prioritize a large volume of complex marketing projects simultaneously while working closely with the following teams: Demand Generation, Creative, Product / Line of Business (Medicare, Duals) and Compliance.
Using the Workfront project management platform, the right candidate will help enable the Demand Generation team's success by efficiently managing a flow of project deliverables, driving excellent creative work from inception to completion, adhering to a complex Compliance process, while delivering on time and within budget.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum qualifications required for the job)
Experience:
* Two years of marketing and/or communications experience to include:
o Project management experience, with preference for work within an in-house marketing team, marketing agency or in the insurance or healthcare industry
o Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, journalism, communications or business-related field; or equivalent work experience (two years' work experience is equivalent to one-year college)
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience as a within a health insurance company, hospital system or PBM (pharmacy benefit manager)
* Experience within a highly regulated industry such as health care or financial services
* Working knowledge of Workfront or other project management software tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with the team to develop and prioritize yearly project requests, facilitate project work, ensure data collection, and manage final delivery of work; ensuring critical milestones and budget needs are met
* Help implement, and execute marketing initiatives, strategies, programs and plans focused on driving awareness, acquisition and retention of the company's brand and products
* Work with key stakeholders across assigned lines of business
* Implement bold, compelling and simplified copy for sales and marketing materials, headlines, flyers, digital communication, video scripts and website properties
* Proof, edit and manage government regulated materials
* Ensure marketing materials are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
* Confirm marketing and sales materials follow brand guidelines
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
SKILLS:
* Be a strong communicator (verbal and written)
* Working knowledge of how creative development process within marketing, including understanding of traffic processes in a design and creative environment, as well as print and digital technologies
* Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, knowing what it takes to complete any creative project successfully, while delivering the required results
* Experience working collaboratively with marketing business owners and subject matter experts
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Ability to self-manage with minimum direction and oversight
* Ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced environment
