Vendor Coordinator

Basically, we are responsible for any of the technology in a building that doesn’t zap you. This includes devices such as computers, cash registers, phones, CCTV, kiosks, digital signage, and all the network that connects and supports it.
About the role:

FSS is looking for a Vendor Coordinator who is very organized. This role is responsible coordinating the labor that goes to work on our customer sites. Great communication skills and a desire to negotiate will bring success in this role. This is a great position to gain solid experience in what it takes to successfully deploy teams on global projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Assigning technicians to projects
• Management of Vendors
• Compiling the site documentation to prepare sub-contractors for successful delivery
• Ensuring contracts are executed for all projects with sub-contractors
• Negotiating internally and externally 
• Responsible for routing and scheduling of large projects in conjunction with the Resource Deployment Manager and Project Managers
