Accounting Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger, monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Assist with establishing accounting policies, internal controls, and improved reporting structures by business line or project
- Manage and support accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor and customer coordination
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and support cash management activities
- Prepare financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis, including support for new investment opportunities
- Assist with audit requests, tax-related support, and board-level reporting
- Provide accounting and bookkeeping support for smaller, passive investment entities, including light AR/AP, property tax tracking, etc.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
