Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution.
• Certification : State of Delaware certification as a teacher in your grade or content area.

Experience:

• Teaching Background : At least one year of teaching experience (two years preferred).
• Achievement Record : A proven track record of elevating student achievement in urban classrooms, with a deep understanding of effective pedagogy.
