Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to support patient progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Educate patients and families on strategies to enhance communication and swallowing abilities.
- Utilize assistive technology and evidence-based interventions to support therapy.
- Participate in professional development and training to stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- North Carolina licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in educational or healthcare settings.
- Must pass background checks and meet state requirements.
