Position Summary:
The Security Officer, through observation, patrol, and customer/employee relations, is responsible to provide and maintain a safe environment for customers, employees, and casino assets to prevent loss of profit due to fire, theft, vandalism, embezzlement, and other forms of crime. A Security Officer should have the ability to work with the public, supervise areas and groups of people, and be responsible and effective in emergencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The Security Officer must have a High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Incumbent must obtain CPR Certification within one year of employment.
- Must become Tips Certified within one year of employment.
- Must have computer typing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience is preferred but not necessary.
Work Environment:
The work environment is fast-paced and requires overall good mental and physical health.
Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
Ability to endure harsh weather conditions.
Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.
