A modern, innovation-forward marketing and analytics firm is seeking a Programmatic Manager to join its high-performing team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role leading the development and execution of strategic programmatic media campaigns for top-tier clients across industries like tech, CPG, entertainment, and healthcare. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of analysts, data scientists, media buyers, and engineers to drive performance, innovation, and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead execution and optimization of programmatic media campaigns across platforms including The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and Google DV360
- Develop full-funnel programmatic media strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs
- Manage and grow key client relationships, serving as a day-to-day contact and strategic partner (2 years of client management experience required)
- Supervise and mentor a Senior Programmatic Analyst, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth
- Collaborate across media channels (search, social, addressable TV) to ensure unified execution
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and implement optimization strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and explore emerging tools and technologies
- Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively identify new testing opportunities
- Contribute to internal R&D efforts focused on automation, machine learning, and campaign innovation
What You Bring:
- 4 years of experience in programmatic campaign management (agency or in-house)
- 2 years of client-facing experience, with proven ability to manage expectations and lead strategic discussions
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful programmatic strategies across display, video, CTV, and audio
- Deep fluency with major DSPs, especially The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and DV360
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency to inform strategic decisions
- Excellent organizational, communication, and mentorship capabilities
