Sales Associate
GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Centennial, CO looking to add a Sales Associate to their team. The role is an on-site position in Centennial or Castle Rock, CO.
Responsibilities
· Make 150 outbound cold calls daily to potential customers to gather information and qualify leads for senior sales representatives
· Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the brand with energy, professionalism, and integrity
· Handle frequent rejection with resilience and stay focused on individual and team performance metrics
· Complete a structured 90-day training program with defined benchmarks and consistent feedback
· Apply scripts, call guides, and coaching during ramp-up, evolving into independent ownership of your sales approach
· Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews to continually improve skills and outcomes
· Maintain strong punctuality, stay focused, and maximize productivity throughout the workday — distraction-free (no excessive phone use, idle time, or disengagement)
· Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate or early-career professional (1–2 prior roles)
- Competitive drive, strong discipline, and a performance mindset — whether developed through sports, academics, work, the arts, or other pursuits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering value to customers
- Comfortable with repetition, direct outreach, and high-volume activity
- Highly coachable, dependable, and eager to grow in a team-oriented environment
- Able to work on-site 4 days a week
- Must live within a reasonable commute of the Denver Tech Center (DTC) or Castle Rock
- Preferred:
- Insurance Licensing (Property & Casualty, Life & Health). NOTE: for candidates who are not licensed, our client will reimburse the cost of licensing after 90 days of employment. Client will additionally provide study time during the first two weeks of employment.
