As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments. You will also assist in maintaining store inventory and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to identify opportunities and issues, and follow through on work activities. They will also have a strong understanding of repairing guitars and be able to communicate effectively with customers.
