Gunter Construction Company Is Seeking An Experienced Concrete
Construction Foreman to manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are
completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards. This role involves coordinating field operations, leading
crews, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong relationships
with owners and inspectors.
**Expectations**
Must have minimum of 3- 5 years experience in Utility, Dirt work,
Concrete Work, Civil work/Street Rehab
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints accurately
Study specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to
prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
Possess a high level of attention to detail and quality
Thorough knowledge of Construction industry
Ability to schedule, supervise, and direct subcontractors & field
laborers.
Ability to multi-task without impacting attention to detail or quality
of the final product.
Good Leadership skills, Communication (oral and written), and
Inter-personal skills.
Self-starter and ability to make decisions independently.
Ability to Establish and set priorities.
Forward thinker
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company
policies and procedures
Must be able to take directions and complete tasks
Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel, Microsoft Project skills a plus.
Familiarity with KCMO, MoDOT and KDOT paperwork a plus.
Spanish & English communication skills a plus.
