Responsible for responding to commercial service calls.
Find and fix leaks.
Estimate jobs that cannot be done
Repairs on any and all type roof systems Shingles, TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Tile, Slate, and Built Up Roofs
Travel is REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Must possess excellent time management and organization skills
ability to interact in decision making environments
ability to collaborate with others
manage stressful environments
exhibit composure and professionalism
provide problem solving analysis
have supervisory effectiveness and credibility, and technical abilities.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED.
3 years of commercial roof service work
