ABOUT THE JOB: The Service Sales Representative closes contracts for service sales customers, at defined monthly goals, that ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospects, qualifies and generates sales within the company’s established processes.
- Ensures suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
- Ability to perform routine roof inspections and minor repairs.
- Develops own leads using various formats such as networking, cold calling and company provided software resources.
- Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
- Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services by customers' communities.
- Works closely with Ops Management, Account Management and Business Development teams
- Responds to requests from customers for information and gives online presentations.
- Ability to price and close sales opportunities on the spot using training, experience, and company resources.
- Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
- Remains knowledgeable and uptodate on changes and developments in the commercial realestate industry.
- Keeps Manager informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
- Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed.
- This position requires up to 50% local travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of two years’ prior experience in a sales role.
- B2B Sales experience preferred
- Must have active driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
- Excellent communication skills and professional personal presentation.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Motivated and goaloriented
