Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage laborers on job sites daily.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure project success.
- Interpret and understand construction plans, specifications, and related documents.
- Define project scope and allocate necessary resources.
- Prepare and manage preconstruction documents.
- Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance plans.
- Plan and supervise daily on-site activities.
- Communicate project details effectively with foremen and serve as the main point of contact.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Viewpoint Spectrum, Viewpoint Team, Bluebeam, On-Screen Take-off, and Quick Bid is a plus.
- Prior experience in project coordination is preferred.
- Experience with a roofing contractor
- The role requires 75% travel.
- Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus but not required.
