We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Go-to-Market Product Manager to revolutionize payment services within our Proprietary Wallets organization. You'll be at the forefront of transforming customer experiences and defining market entry strategies for innovative products, driving business growth and product excellence.
The Role
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies for new wallet products, encompassing market segmentation, positioning, and pricing.
- Spearhead cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Technology, Data & Analytics, Design, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless alignment and execution of GTM plans.
- Oversee end-to-end product launch processes, collaborating closely with core product managers to plan, execute, and track post-launch performance.
- Define and meticulously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM initiatives, providing insightful reports to executive leadership.
- Continuously optimize GTM processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability within the organization.
- 10 years of proven experience in Go-to-Market strategy, product management, strategic planning, or related roles.
- A strong track record of successfully launching innovative products and executing effective market entry strategies.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing at all organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, ideally within Financial Services or the Tech sector.
