The Role
- Lead the development and maintenance of system-level architectures and interfaces throughout the program lifecycle.
- Drive TEMPALT development, ATO packages, and system safety analyses, collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Design and coordinate system-level test strategies, ensuring robust verification and validation across diverse teams and test environments.
- Oversee Technical Data Packages, guaranteeing technical integrity, configuration control, and compliance.
- Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices using Cameo to optimize requirements, architecture, and traceability.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior systems engineers, fostering technical growth and expertise.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Ocean), Computer Science, Physics, or Math.
- 10 years of hands-on experience with subsea maritime systems or integrated electro-mechanical systems.
- 5 years of proven leadership experience within integrated technical teams.
- Demonstrated exposure to DoD technical program execution.
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
- Strong background in performing FMEA and FMECA analyses.
