As an E-Commerce Associate/Manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with the customer journey in mind. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance. Candidate should be able to contribute to business growth through data analysis to identify opportunities, creating an action plan and executing through the channel.
YOUR ROLE
- Manage brand web pages for existing e-commerce partners.
- Manage accordingly promotions and budget plan to support sales. o Set and execute year KPI target.
- Maintain and submit all product set up forms for new launches.
- Work with marketing brand managers to ensure that copy is accurate.
- Work with creative managers to provide video assets to e-commerce partners.
- Assist in onboarding new accounts.
- Update and maintain sales, inventory and advertising dashboards.
- Check for out of stocks with all e-commerce partners and communicate issues to relevant parties.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Manager to insure all planned programming is executed on time.
- Research new e-commerce website opportunities.
- Initiate contact with new businesses and evaluate level of interest.
- Set up initial conference call with buyer and Sr Ecommerce Manager to discuss.
- Collaborate with marketing brand manager to prepare decks for presentation to new account opportunities.
